Refund and Exchange
THE BEAUTY WORLD offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 24 hrs of its delivery ONLY if the product you receive arrives in a damaged condition with parcel opening video. ( 360 Degree Opening Video Needed Without an edit / cut / fake clips )
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email/whatsapp (Thebeautyworld.business@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an images and video of the damaged product & the order number for our reference. ( We need a 360 degree video of opening parcel )
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact & in the state they were delivered. If any of the above is tampered, you are not eligible for any Refund/Replacement.
